We are seeking a confident and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Negotiator to manage client relationships, negotiate offers, and close high‑value transactions across Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property inquiries and conduct professional viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Provide expert advice on pricing, ROI, rental yields, and market trends
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and referral partners
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and deal structures
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or negotiation‑focused roles is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle high‑pressure situations
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
