Real Estate Sales Representative

Job description:

Job Purpose

Promoting and selling real estate residential properties. building relationships with clients, conducting property presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the projects.

Key Accountability Areas

Client Engagement:

  • Meet with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Conduct tours of villa projects, showcasing features and amenities to highlight their appeal.
  • Maintain relationships with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Market Research and Lead Generation:

  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competition to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Sales Process:

  • Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with buyers, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback to management.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
