We are seeking a motivated, confident and result-oriented Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating high-quality leads, managing client relationships, and closing high-value property transactions. This role requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Urdu, a strong background in consultative selling, and a passion for achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Actively generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Identify prospective property buyers and investors to expand the company’s client portfolio.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term business relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' financial goals and property requirements to recommend the most suitable real estate solutions.

3. Sales Execution & Deal Closure:

  • Conduct high-impact presentations showcasing current real estate projects and investment opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently from initial contact through negotiation to final closure.
  • Perform consistent, structured follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion rates.

4. Operations & Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain meticulous, updated records of customer interactions, feedback and sales pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and seamless deal closure for clients.

Job Requirements & Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
  • Prior experience within the Real Estate or Property Development sector is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Communication: Fluent in both verbal and written English and Urdu, with excellent presentation skills.

2. Sales Acumen: Proven expertise in cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing deals.

3. Negotiation: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

4. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000+ per month (commensurate with experience).
