We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Leaders to oversee and manage our teams of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting
goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing open communication and accountability.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations, deal structuring, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a successful real estate team leader
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • At least 3 years as a team leader in Real Estate sector.
