Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and guide them in making informed property decisions.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and explain project details effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client-handling and presentation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
