Job Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information on listings, pricing, and market trends
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market and legal regulations
- Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Represent the company at property exhibitions and industry events
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- RERA or DMT certification is an advantage
