Key responsibilities

  • Client relations: Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships through marketing, referrals, and exceptional service.
  • Property marketing: Promote properties through various channels, schedule and host property showings, and create marketing materials.
  • Property tours: Organize and accompany prospective clients on property tours, providing detailed information and answering questions.
  • Sales and negotiation: Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.
  • Market expertise: Stay current with real estate market trends, property valuations, zoning regulations, and local neighborhood details.
  • Documentation: Assist clients in navigating the closing process and ensure all necessary documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately.
  • Collaboration: Work with other professionals such as mortgage lenders, contractors, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹15,104.03 - ₹54,466.40 per month
