Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential buyers/tenants from databases or inbound inquiries.
  • ** Information Provider:** Clearly explain property details, features, pricing, and location benefits.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Scheduling: Book appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team/agents.
  • Follow-up: Maintain consistent contact with leads to convert them into confirmed site visits.
  • Data Management: Accurately update client information and call records in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for calls, leads, and scheduled visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
