Job Description: Real Estate Salesperson

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves guiding clients through the property‑buying process, presenting suitable options, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and results‑driven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company‑provided channels.
  • Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market assessments.
  • Present suitable property options based on client needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Advise clients on pricing, community insights, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience as a Real Estate Salesperson, Property Consultant, or Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
