Position Overview:
We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents focused on Dubai’s secondary market (ready properties – sales & leasing). This is a commission-only role offering a flat 65% commission – designed for agents who want to maximize their earnings and operate with independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle buying, selling, and leasing of ready properties in the Dubai secondary market.
• Prospect for leads, list new properties, and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, communities, and market trends.
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with all RERA and legal documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in secondary market real estate in Dubai.
• Proven sales track record in closing secondary property deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• UAE driving license and car preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
