Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Selling Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in property sales, excellent client service skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and investment goals
  • Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and new developments
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
