Compensation:

$125,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Coordinate and schedule showings to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate promptly with clients to address questions and provide updates on property availability.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine showing strategies and improve client experiences.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property visits to ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Stay informed about local market trends to offer clients valuable insights and advice.
  • Assist in preparing properties for showings to create welcoming and appealing environments for potential buyers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident during property tours
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tallahassee, FL, or a willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on market trends
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client interactions efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance the client experience and streamline processes
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate property tours and client meetings
