Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to show homes to their clients
• Share clear, written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search
• Assist with writing and negotiating offers alongside sales agents and clients
• Join in weekly script practice sessions as part of the team routine
• Take part in team activities to stay connected and engaged
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid real estate license
