Role: Real Estate Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timing: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift.
Experience: 3–8 years in sourcing, procurement, facilities procurement, workplace services procurement, real estate operations support, or related commercial roles.
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Job Role
In this role, associates will support execution of sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories by coordinating sourcing events, supplier interactions, documentation, commercial analysis, and follow-through on service and contract requirements.

Responsibilities:
Execute sourcing events for assigned real estate and facilities categories, including supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather scope, technical requirements, service levels, site details, and budget expectations.
Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance checks for real estate and workplace-related engagements.
Maintain sourcing records, supplier information, commercial files, and contract trackers in line with governance requirements.
Track milestones, renewals, service issues, and supplier commitments to support operational continuity and timely action.
Analyze spending, pricing, and supplier performance data to identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.
Assist in negotiations, supplier review meetings, and follow-up on corrective actions or service escalations.
Work with procurement operations, finance, legal, and facilities teams to resolve sourcing, ordering, invoicing, or contract administration issues.
Ensure sourcing execution complies with internal policies, approval controls, documentation standards, and audit expectations.
