Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of the UAE property market and a passion for delivering expert guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued success.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property sales, purchases, and leasing opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
• Conduct property viewings and provide insights on market conditions, pricing, and investment potential
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial procedures
• Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and regulatory updates in Abu Dhabi
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings and generate leads
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
