Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or leasing. This role requires the ability to advise clients on property transactions and investment opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and investment advisory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
