Real Estate Specialist (Brokerage) - Leasing Agent

MTS Group of companies headquarter based in UAE. We are seeking a highly experienced Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs, conducting market research, and managing property transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and tenants.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Handle negotiations between tenants/landlords.
• Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
• Match client requirements with available properties accurately.
• Assist in leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector (Secondary: Commercial, and Residential)
• Preferably candidates with brokerage experience
• Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing platforms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Attested Bachelor Degree (any industry).
