Bawabet Al Sailiya Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Supervisor to oversee and support the company’s leasing operations, property management activities, and facilities management coordination across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and practical experience in leasing, tenant relations, property operations, maintenance coordination, and facilities supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, tenant satisfaction, occupancy management, and property performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing Operations

  • Handle leasing inquiries and coordinate property viewings.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants and support lease closing activities.
  • Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and leasing performance.

Property Management (PM)

  • Supervise daily property management operations.
  • Coordinate tenant requests, complaints, and operational issues.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all assigned properties.
  • Monitor property inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with finance regarding rent collections and tenant accounts.

Facilities Management (FM)

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Supervise outsourced contractors, technicians, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Monitor cleaning, security, landscaping, and building services.
  • Prepare maintenance and operational reports.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
  • Prepare operational and management reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and tenant management.
  • Experience in handling residential and commercial properties.
  • Good understanding of maintenance coordination and facilities operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple properties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
