BHIVE Real Estate is hiring an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to manage and mentor a group of 3-5 Property Consultants while actively working on qualified sales leads for your own individual deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of 3-5 agents.
• Set and track team sales targets.
• Train and guide team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Work on your own sales leads and close personal deals.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, especially off-plan projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan preferred).
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
