We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to guide and inspire our team to achieve outstanding results in the real estate market. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, strategic thinker, and excellent communicator with a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales and service goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and boost the team’s market presence.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms while complying with real estate laws.
• Oversee property management activities, maintaining the highest standards for all listings.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed guidance.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate or related sector.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or management with a strong record of success.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients.
• Strong marketing and promotional skills to drive property visibility.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse clientele.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous administrative experience in real estate is preferred.
• Experience working with Damac Developer is an added advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
