Sales Manager - Real Estate Developer

Acube Abodes Realty is a fast-growing real estate developer in Dubai, committed to creating high-quality off-plan projects that redefine modern living and investment standards. To strengthen our sales team, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in selling off-plan properties directly for a developer.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible exclusively for selling Acube Abodes Realty’s off-plan projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Dubai’s real estate development sector, particularly in off-plan sales, and a strong record of achieving sales targets.

Commercial Strategy & Planning:

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies aligned with the project’s overall objectives and timelines.

· Build and maintain strong client base of investors and end -users.

· Network with brokers, agents, and channel partners to maximize outreach.

· Present project details, payment plans and investment benefits to client.

· Lead and optimize strategy to align on market trends, competitor activities, and investor preferences

· Provide pricing strategy by conducting in-depth competitor benchmarking and demand analysis

· Present project details, payment plans and investment benefits to clients

· Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Marketing Lead:

· Build and lead a small high-performing in-house sales and after-sales team

· Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with brokerage firms with strong performance

· Lead brokerage presentations, assess proposals, and negotiate commercial terms within a defined fee structure

· Manage onboarding of agencies, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales execution

· Provide strategic oversight of sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand positioning to support project sell-through

· Monitor brokers’ sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

CRM & After-Sales Management:

· Setup CRM and after sales services.

· Lead the operation, and daily management of the CRM system to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.

· Ensure effective after-sales service processes to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and referral sales.

· Ensure after-sales service is fully integrated into the CRM, providing seamless customer support and follow-ups post-sales.

Financial Performance & Reporting:

· Work closely with finance teams on revenue models, sales forecasts, and financial feasibility studies.

· Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and return on investment.

· Prepare regular and detailed reports on commercial activities, sales progress, market insights, and operational status for the CEO.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

· Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the real estate development sector, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.

· Demonstrated experience managing sales and marketing teams.

· Deep understanding of real estate development processes, from land acquisition to project completion.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of real estate sales experience, including in a managerial role with experience developer in Dubai (off-plan experience required.)
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulatory framework.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license.

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 (based on experience).
