Real Estate Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to manage and guide a team of property consultants in both the off-plan and secondary markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results while maintaining a professional and motivating team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Supervise daily operations, including CRM compliance, lead management, and listing quality.
• Support agents with negotiations, deal closing, and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with marketing and admin departments to ensure proper support for listings and leads.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team development.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, including projects, pricing, and community trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (Team Leader experience only).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
• RERA Certification.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
