We are a fast-growing and client-focused real estate firm specializing in the UAE property market. With a solid reputation for professionalism and results, we are now expanding our leadership team. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Leader to guide and grow a high-performing sales team while actively contributing to business development and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed targets
• Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to develop team skills
• Monitor individual and team performance and implement performance improvement strategies
• Support agents in closing deals, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional client service
• Personally handle and close high-value sales and leasing transactions
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new agents
• Collaborate with marketing and management to drive campaigns and new listings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Valid UAE Real Estate Broker License (mandatory)
• Bilingual: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE property market, legal procedures, and documentation
• Results-driven, well-organized, and able to work under pressure

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 (based on experience and performance)
