Real Estate Team Leader

Requirements:

• Experience in Team Handling in real estate 1yrs
• Must reside in Thane
• Bike is compulsory for client & site visits
• Proven experience in Thane real estate market – both Resale and Under-Construction projects
• Strong leadership, team handling & communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Handle client inquiries, site visits & deal closures
• Manage both resale & new project sales
• Monitor team performance & maintain reports
• Coordinate with management and marketing teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
