- Lead, mentor, and manage a large field service team spread across Mumbai, Goa, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.
- Drive service excellence by ensuring timely resolution of complaints, preventive maintenance adherence, and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical training sessions for service staff on VRF, ducted, AHU, and split systems to enhance skill levels.
- Engage with key clients, handle escalations, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the procurement and stores teams to ensure the availability of spares and critical materials.
- Identify and convert retrofit opportunities, work with the sales and estimation teams to close these projects.
- Ensure accurate billing and timely recovery of payments related to service and retrofit activities.
- Track and report KPIs for service delivery, revenue, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Work across departments to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and streamline processes.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality compliance across all service jobs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of CRM and service management tools.
- Experience with ERP or any standard business software is preferred.
- Technical expertise in servicing and troubleshooting VRF, ducted, AHU, and split-type systems.
- Proven experience managing geographically distributed service teams.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage high-value corporate relationships.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
