Real Estate Team Leader – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly targets while maintaining high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the real estate sales team on a daily basis
• Coach, motivate, and support agents to achieve their monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance and assess agents according to KPIs
• Develop sales strategies and ensure targets are consistently met
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Support team members with client handling, negotiations, and closing deals
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Prepare sales reports and update management on team progress

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the same position as a Real Estate Team Leader
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
