Real Estate Team Leader

We are currently hiring experienced and ambitious Team Leaders to lead high-performing sales teams in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new agents to expand team performance
• Support agents in handling client inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures
• Monitor team KPIs, provide performance feedback, and implement growth strategies
• Stay updated with Dubai property trends, launches, and investment opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai
• Proven ability to recruit and grow a successful sales team
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
• Professional, ambitious, and highly motivated personality
