We are currently looking for experienced and driven Real Estate Team Leaders to lead, develop, and expand successful sales teams within Dubai’s fast-paced and competitive property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop new agents to enhance overall team performance
- Guide agents through client management, negotiations, and successful property transactions
- Monitor KPIs, evaluate team performance, and implement effective sales and growth strategies
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, new project launches, and investment opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and administrative teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai
- Proven success in recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment
- Professional, ambitious, self-motivated, and career-focused attitude

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
