As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced and ambitious Real Estate Team Leaders to drive performance, develop talent, and build high-achieving sales teams within Dubai’s dynamic real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of real estate consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new agents to strengthen team capabilities and productivity.
• Support team members throughout the sales process, including client engagement, negotiations, and property transactions.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement effective strategies to maximize team growth and success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including new developments, investment opportunities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Team Leader within the Dubai real estate market.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing sales professionals.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a target-driven and results-focused mindset.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
