Job Description

We are seeking a confident and proactive Female Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate tele-calling, lead generation, and cold calling. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company projects/services.
• Generate leads through cold calling and maintain a healthy leads database.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and CRM updates.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Mandatory experience in real estate tele-sales and cold calling.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Professional attitude with the ability to handle pressure and objections.
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation.
