WE ARE HIRING: FEMALE REAL ESTATE TELESALES

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Real Estate Telesales to join our dynamic team and support our growing sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients
• Qualify leads and generate listings for the sales team
• Follow up with owners, landlords, and investors
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to agents
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
• Build strong client relationships through professional phone communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate telesales
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
• English and Arabic speaker is a strong advantage
• Basic CRM and computer skills
