Real Estate & Title Operations Assistant - 1st Shift ($19-25)

Shift: 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: Irving, Tx

Pay Rate: $19-25 (DOE - Interview Based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and processing real estate contracts, title commitments, and closing documents
• Coordinate closings with lenders, agents, clients, and title underwriters
• Order title searches, surveys, and payoff statements
• Ensure all required documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
• Manage client files from contract to closing, maintaining timelines and communication
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Record deeds, mortgages, and other legal documents as needed
• Provide administrative support to agents, escrow officers, and management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a real estate office, title company, or escrow environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software
• Knowledge of real estate contracts and title procedures a plus
