Vox Transaction Services is growing and we are seeking a highly organized, solutions-oriented Transaction Manager to coordinate and oversee the administrative side of real estate transactions from contract to closing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and supporting a fast-moving real estate team. The right candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment and takes pride in ensuring every detail of a transaction runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Prepare and review contracts, amendments, and disclosures
  • Coordinate all documentation with agents, title companies, and lenders
  • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
  • Track deadlines and contingency timelines
  • Maintain organized digital files and transaction records
  • Serve as a proactive communication liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies
  • Anticipate potential issues and help resolve them before they impact closing
  • Complete post-closing documentation and file management

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate transactions preferred, this would be great for a lower production real estate agent
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and disclosures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency with Computers and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with real estate software platforms is a plus
  • Real estate licensed in Wisconsin required

Work Environment

This role begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as transaction volume increases.

Our team moves quickly and values accountability, clear communication, and problem-solving.
