Job Summary
We are hiring a Real Estate Transaction & CRM Coordinator to manage procedures, not people.

This role is responsible for executing documented processes, enforcing checklists, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across CRM, contracts, and transactions.

This is not a leadership role, not a sales role, and not a decision-making role. It is a process enforcement and execution role.

Core ResponsibilitiesCRM & Lead Procedure Enforcement

  • Review CRM daily to ensure required follow-ups are completed
  • Flag leads that are missing required activity
  • Update lead statuses and notes accurately
  • Send templated SMS and email follow-ups
  • Book appointments based on provided scripts and rules

Transaction Coordination

  • Send purchase agreements and assignment contracts via DocuSign using templates
  • Confirm all documents are fully signed
  • Upload and organize contracts in Google Drive
  • Email title companies using provided templates
  • Track contract milestones and status

Inbox & Task Execution

  • Monitor shared inboxes
  • Route emails appropriately
  • Log communication in the CRM
  • Execute assigned tasks exactly as documented

This role does not negotiate, interpret deals, or make judgment calls. All work is executed from checklists and instructions.

Required Experience

  • Prior real estate experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with investors or wholesale transactions is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRMs, DocuSign, and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working with distressed seller transactions
  • Strong written English
