Real Estate Transactions Attorney

Holland & Knight’s Real Estate practice is seeking an associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and financings.

Responsibilities include managing (with partner supervision) sophisticated transactions from inception to closing; drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture documents, and financing instruments; and coordinating due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate matters.

Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. Holland & Knight possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its professionals with a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
