Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging property videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Enhance video content with motion graphics, transitions, color correction, and visual effects utilizing Adobe After Effects or Motion.
• Create compelling graphic elements including typography, overlays, and branding assets
• Manage content workflows efficiently through content management systems (CMS) and FTP platforms to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with videographers and real estate agents to understand project goals and deliver tailored visual content.
• Maintain organized archives of all media assets and project files for easy access and future use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or commercial property videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro for motion graphics and 3D animation.
• Knowledge of post-production processes such as sound editing, color grading, and rendering high-quality videos.
• Familiarity with videography principles including filming techniques and equipment handling.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), FTP platforms, and digital asset management tools.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
