Real Estate Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects) – Onsite

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Video Editor to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a good understanding of real estate video editing styles and standards.

This is an onsite position only — remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate property videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Enhance videos with motion graphics and effects using After Effects
• Color correction and color grading for a clean, professional look
• Add smooth transitions, music, and branding elements
• Sync footage (drone, interior, exterior) into cohesive videos
• Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining high-quality output
• Follow company editing standards and client requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and consistency
• Basic knowledge of real estate media (HDR, property flow, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with drone footage editing
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Sound editing and music syncing
