Responsibilities

• Capturing and producing engaging video content that highlights residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing staff to ensure videos meet project goals.
• Edit and produce engaging videos optimized for websites, MLS platforms, and social media.
• Organize and maintain video files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access for the team.Stay up to date with industry trends, video techniques, and emerging tools to elevate content quality.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and align with brand standards.
• Continuously explore creative ideas to help our listings stand out in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, preferably in real estate or architectural settings.
• Proficiency with video editing softwares
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to property locations.
