We are hiring a contract videographer with strong execution skills and a professional mindset.

Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on filming real estate video content:

• Property walkthroughs
• Cinematic lifestyle sequences
• Vertical short-form content
• Drone video & photo

Photography experience is preferred, as some shoots will require still images.

You will focus on capturing. We handle editing, scheduling, delivery, and client management.

Minimum availability: 10+ hours per week, with opportunity for more.

Responsibilities

• Capture smooth, stabilized walkthrough footage (gimbal required)
• Film vertical and horizontal formats intentionally
• Capture FAA-compliant drone footage
• Photograph properties when needed
• Follow True View shot lists and standards
• Maintain professional equipment
• Upload RAW files promptly after each shoot

Ideal Candidate

• Strong videography experience (real estate preferred)
• Comfortable shooting manual exposure
• Understands pacing, composition, and movement
• Aware of current social media video trends
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Efficient, reliable, detail-oriented

Bonus (Not Required):

• Basic editing ability (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci)
• Experience creating short-form real estate or lifestyle content

Equipment Requirements

• 4K-capable camera
• Wide-angle lens
• Gimbal (Ronin preferred)
• Drone (FAA Part 107 license required or willingness to obtain)
• Gear-head tripod
• Flash equipment (for photo assignments)
• Computer + high-speed internet for uploads
• Reliable transportation

Canon and DJI equipment preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
