About the Role

We're hiring an experienced videographer to shoot property and lifestyle video content throughout the Miami–Fort Lauderdale metro. This isn't just a camera-operator role- a significant part of the work involves agents and clients speaking on camera, and we need someone who can guide them through it confidently.

What You'll Shoot

• Property walkthrough and cinematic listing videos
• Instagram Reels and short-form social content
• On-camera interviews and client-facing spokesperson segments
• Drone aerials (FAA Part 107 certification preferred)
• Occasional lifestyle and brand shoots involving talent

What We're Looking For

The strongest candidates will come from backgrounds where directing people on camera was part of the job — wedding videography, event video, corporate video, brand content, or similar. Our clients are real estate agents, not actors. You need to know how to make someone feel at ease in front of a lens, give them simple, clear direction, and get a confident, natural performance out of them in a short window.

Beyond that:

• Solid command of exposure, white balance, and composition — you can walk into any lighting situation and lock in a clean shot
• Steady handheld and gimbal work
• Color discipline and proper in-camera settings (LOG profiles, etc.)
• Reliable vehicle to cover Miami-Dade and Broward
• Professional, punctual, and client-facing — you'll be on-site with agents and their clients
• English required; Spanish or French is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Own equipment: mirrorless or cinema camera, wide-angle lens, gimbal, tripod, ND filters
• FAA Part 107 drone certification
• Experience in wedding, event, corporate, or branded content video

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
