Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Modern Real Estate Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be proficient in contemporary viral video creation techniques for social media platforms, possess expert-level video editing skills, and have a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends. This role requires a creative professional who can produce engaging, shareable content that showcases luxury properties while building our brand presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Filming

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality property walkthroughs, luxury lifestyle videos, and promotional content
• Create engaging short-form vertical videos (9:16 aspect ratio) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Capture cinematic aerial drone footage of properties and neighborhoods (with proper licensing)
• Execute multi-camera shoots for comprehensive property coverage
• Develop creative concepts for viral-style property showcases that appeal to modern social media audiences

Modern Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos using industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
• Master advanced editing techniques including AI-assisted editing, motion graphics, and kinetic typography
• Create compelling short-form content (15-60 seconds) with fast-paced cuts, trending transitions, and viral editing styles
• Implement advanced color grading and stylized LUTs to achieve cinematic, mood-driven aesthetics
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, animated text overlays, and branded elements
• Synchronize audio, add sound effects, and perform professional audio mixing and mastering

Technical Production Skills

• Master professional lighting setups including three-point lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots
• Execute scene creation and composition for maximum visual impact
• Operate professional camera equipment, gimbals, and stabilization systems
• Manage multi-track audio recording and post-production sound design
• Handle high-resolution file transfers and optimize content for various distribution platforms

Technical Skills

• Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Mandatory: Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations
• Strong understanding of color grading, visual effects, and compositing techniques
• Experience with AI-powered editing tools and automated workflow optimization
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for thumbnail creation and graphic design
• Knowledge of audio editing software (Adobe Audition preferred)

Modern Content Creation Skills

• Proven experience creating viral-style content for social media platforms
• Deep understanding of vertical video formats and mobile-first content creation
• Expertise in short-form storytelling techniques and attention-grabbing hooks
• Knowledge of trending editing styles, transitions, and viral video elements
• Understanding of platform-specific optimization (aspect ratios, duration, hashtags)

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional videography and video editing experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern editing styles and social media content creation
• Real estate or luxury brand videography experience strongly preferred
• Experience with drone photography/videography and proper licensing knowledge
