Position: Digital Content Creator / 3D Designer / Video Editor
Location: Dubai, UAE

Rich Route Holiday Homes is looking for a creative storyteller who can bring our brand to life through engaging lifestyle and real estate content. If you’re passionate about video shooting, editing, VFX, 2D/3D animation, and design, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality photos & videos of apartments, villas, and buildings (interior, exterior, drone if certified)
• Create walkthroughs, reels, lifestyle content, and Matterport tours
• Edit and enhance content for property portals, websites, and social media
• Design graphics, 2D/3D visuals, motion graphics, and VFX to support marketing campaigns
• Cover marketing events with photography and videography
• Ensure all media is on-brand, polished, and delivered on time

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut
• Motion Graphics & VFX: After Effects, 2D/3D animation
• 3D & Design Tools: Cinema 4D, Redshift, AutoCAD
• Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, detail, and perspective correction
• Excellent time management & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in photography/videography/editing (real estate preferred)
• Strong creative portfolio/showreel (to be presented if shortlisted)
• Knowledge of social media content trends and marketing visuals
• UAE Driving License preferred (for property shoots)
• Currently based in UAE & available to join immediately
