REAL STATE EXECUTIVE SALES

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Executive – Sales to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain with a strong real estate background and proven sales track record. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the Bahrain real estate market
  • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
  • Available for immediate joining
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (Bahrain market preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Valid Bahrain driving license preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain property laws and regulations
