Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Executive – Sales to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain with a strong real estate background and proven sales track record. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the Bahrain real estate market
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
- Available for immediate joining
- Proven experience in real estate sales (Bahrain market preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid Bahrain driving license preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain property laws and regulations
