REAL STATE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to buyers and investors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain an updated database of available properties and client leads.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Currently located in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
