Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties and client leads.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Currently located in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
