Job Responsibilities:

- Oversees daily business operations.

- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.

- Writes contracts and supervises transactions.

- Develops marketing materials for the firm.

- Handles record-keeping and compliance.

- Leads buyer and seller transactions as needed.

- Use CRM software

- Ensures that the team follows all real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Previous experience in HR, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : Compensation will be based on experience.

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Language: Tagalog speaking
