Reality Capture Specialist

Job Purpose

Manage and execute drone and 360° camera operations across project sites, ensuring efficient monitoring, documentation, and data capture to support digital transformation and smart construction initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and execute drone/360° site captures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process data using photogrammetry and reality capture tools.
• Produce 3D models, orthophotos, and time-lapse records.
• Coordinate with BIM, GIS, and Project Controls for integration.
• Stay updated with drone regulations and new capture technologies.

• External: Consultants, Vendors, Contractors, Industry Bodies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Surveying/Geomatics/Construction or related field
• Certified Drone Pilot with 2–5 years’ experience
• Skills: DJI drone operation, photo/video editing, GIS basics, georeferencing, knowledge of reality capture tools
