About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Realtor to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves guiding clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert market insights, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and trustworthy real estate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market evaluations.
- Advise clients on pricing, community insights, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company‑provided channels.
- Manage the full transaction cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience as a Realtor, Real Estate Agent, or Property Consultant in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
