We are seeking a professional and motivated Realtor to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Realtor will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process while maintaining strong market knowledge and delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
