We are seeking a Chinese‑speaking Realtor to support our growing client base and strengthen our presence in the Chinese‑speaking market.

Role Overview

The Realtor – Chinese Language Specialist will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing culturally aligned support to Chinese‑speaking clients. This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin, a proactive sales approach, and a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese‑speaking clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin (native or advanced level)
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
