To support our growing Chinese‑speaking client base, we are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Realtor – Chinese Language Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert guidance on the UAE real estate market, property laws, investment opportunities, and developer offerings.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales/rental cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Translate property information, contracts, and communications between English and Chinese when needed.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of market trends, new launches, and investment hotspots.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near‑native level) and strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer‑facing roles (UAE real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for helping clients make informed property decisions.
